• Conducting routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of electrical products and systems.
• Responding to client service requests promptly and professionally, both on-site and remotely.
• Diagnosing complex technical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and software.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and implement improvements.
• Providing excellent customer support, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Preparing detailed service reports and maintaining accurate records of service activities.
• Participating in product training sessions and staying updated on the latest industry developments and technologies.
• Complying with all safety protocols and company standards during service visits and installations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the electrical or automation industry.
• Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
