Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Identifying sales goals and perspective.
  2. Can do planning management for marketing and sales strategies.
  3. Able to conduct coaching/training for product and negotiating skills to sales representatives.
  4. Analyze client/customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets.
  5. Performs product demonstration and training for pre and post clients/customers.
  6.  Forecasting quarterly and annual sales profits.
  7. Evaluating sales individual/team performance.
  8. Conduct sales meetings to his/her sales team and clients/customers.
  9. Collaborating to his/her team weather sales/ non sales activities.
  10. Can establish marketing advertisements.
