Duties and responsibilities:
- Up to date input sales invoice in the company’s main software.
- Preparing invoices and other documents needed for the delivery to clients.
- Routing for job orders.
- Updating of Job orders from the report of Admin officer – in – charge and status of Sales Orders from Sales Department.
- Maintaining the filing system of the Administrative Departments.
- Receiving Acknowledgement receipts of different departments.
- In – charge in the compilations of quotations.
- Coordinate with other departments if needed.
- Work as a team in accomplishing the objectives of the Department.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4 – year course.
- With good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- With knowledge on clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- With good problem solving skills.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Customer service oriented.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to relate to all team members.
